Performance & Hardware
The MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset powers the X300 series – a capable and efficient 5G processor, offering more efficient multi-tasking, quicker app launches, and enhances battery optimization. Users will have a global variant to access 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, while the 1TB variant will be exclusive to China. The global battery will be a bit smaller than the chinese version — expected to be around 6040 mAh instead of 6510 mAh — but more than enough for a full day’s use with heavy use.
Display Quality
Both models feature a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate.
The visuals are smooth, bright, and power-efficient — perfect for gaming, streaming, or editing.
Camera System (ZEISS Partnership)
Vivo continues its partnership with ZEISS for advanced optics. The Vivo X300 Pro stands out with a 200 MP periscope telephoto lens, giving you crisp zoomed-in shots and better night photography. Meanwhile, the standard X300 carries a versatile triple-camera setup optimized for portrait and low-light photography.

- Vivo X300: 6040 mAh (expected), 80 W fast charging
- Vivo X300 Pro: 6510 mAh (China version), around 6000+ mAh globally, 100 W fast charging
